Activation lock

I have an iPhone of mine that I locked because I lost it and I know my Apple ID and password but it’s not giving me any prompt or anything to input that information it just sits at the activation Lock Screen and does not give me any way of going pass this screen.

Regarding the activation lock I have an iphone 4s(a pretty old one owned by me)of which i forgot its apple id and password ive tried everything I remember but nothing seems to work.is there any way that i can get pass the activation lock? or at-least know what my apple id and password was? i really need an answer that works genuinely...! IPhone 8 Plus I was given an old iPhone 8 plus it has the activation lock, And I do not have the Apple ID and password for that lock what do I do from this point

Activation lock This is My iPhone (6 ) info: it has been protected by activation lock. As I do not have the Apple ID and the password which has been used to setup my iPhone at first I couldn’t do anything. I would be great full if i could taken your time to solve my matters. You will have to login to your iCloud account and shut off lost mode for that device:
