My MacBook Air keeps starting up with a blinking folder it’s the intel processor can someone help I’ve tried different startups

You need to create a bootable drive with a flash drive. I think the folder means that there is nothing on the drive to boot from. go here - Use macOS Recovery on an Intel-based Mac – Apple Support (UK)
