date/time format problem

I need to add a date into the spreadsheet data table and I have tried to update the cell format to Date/Time but it wont save it?

Any suggestions?

2017 was not a leap year. There was no Feb 29

Unable to insert date and time I have formatted the cell for date [dd-mmm-yyyy] and time [H:MM XM]. Inserting date and time from menu command enters date only, in [MMM YY] format, changing my cell format to date only consistent with format displayed. Changing format to desired does change the date to format desired, however inserts 12:00 PM which seemingly can’t be updated except laboriously by hand. Any suggestions?

Entering times (without a date stamp) Hello, I enter a time 02:32 col B and then in column C Im entering another time 14:34. I am getting the time difference in col D. My format is the there is no date just time. Yet if I enter these times there is always a Date attached to the time. Is there any way that I can get rid of the Date stamp? Thank you

How do I create a column in Numbers which displays date and time increasing? How do I create a column in numbers which displays date and time increasing by 30 min intervals? Cannot see anything in Numbers Help to achieve this. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Thank you, I was working on someone else's data and assumed it was correct. I will move the data to the 1 march thanks!
