Getting Kernel panics a few times a day with M1 Macbook Air

Anyone have advice for these Kernel Panics? Its happening quite often ( A few times a day)

Screen flashes pink for a second and then the MacBook restarts. Sometimes happens when connected to an Apple Cinema display. Sometimes it happens when not connected to anything and just using Zoom or MS Word.
