I have my iphone 8 plus IOS 15.2, all features is working including the Carrier in any sim card but when I reset and erase all content and settings the Carrier is Lock then it's showing sim card not supported. Please help me to fix my problem.
You need to contact the carrier to get your phone unlocked. It sounds like it was hacked to remove the carrier lock and when you restored it, the original lock was replaced.

The only way to use that phone is to contact the carrier and see if they will unlock it for you.
Most likely the phone was rigged to look like it worked, but Apple-official software overwrite the hack. Then the carrier blacklisted the phone and/or the rightful owner notified everybody it was to be locked and unusable.
Second-hand phones are rarely as usable as they appear.
How to contact the carrier? my brother buy this phone when he is on other country and it’s working well but in our country in the Philippines maybe the phone is not open line from another network or carrier.
