icloud for photos have been enabled. However, the progress bar remains the same, and the photos are not uploaded on icloud.
how do i upload the photos?

Don’t worry, the same thing has happened to me i the past. Make sure you have a string wifi connection-if possible restart your wifi device and keep the phone on charge while the pictures are uploading. Leaving the photos app on won’t help. Try connecting to a different wifi, maybe at a cafe or a friend’s house. Let me know if it works.
