why doesnt my phone ring loud?

under FACE ID & ATTENTION, THE switch for ATTENTION AWARE FEATURES was turned on and it messes up the ring tone after one ring! What a useless switch but it will create problems with ringer when you get a call

What is useless for you is perfect for me, if I see a call coming in, I don't need it to keep ringing loudly until I answer it especially in an area where it quiet with a lot of people.
