Exercise (and stand minutes) showing in rings once deleted everywhere else

I’ve deleted workout and exercise minutes from health app but it is not reflecting this on watch / activity rings. There should be an easy way to delete an incorrectly entered workout without causing these issues…

anyone?

Deleted workout still affecting fitness rings I was trying to add a 1 minute workout to manually add a stand hour that didn’t get counted while my watch was off. I accidentally added a 24 hour workout instead of 1 minute. I deleted it from the health app and it deleted from the fitness app but the fitness app is still showing that I did 1439 minutes of exercise/movement! How to sync the app to get rid of this incorrect data?

Exercise ring on watch not correcting even after removing workout I accidentally recorded a 6 hour workout. I’ve deleted it from workouts in the health app and also from the exercise minutes section in the app. However the exercise rings are not updating and still shows the 6 hour workout. This has also added a reward for longest workout yet which is also incorrect and I’d like to get that removed as well. Thanks!

Delete incorrect Exercise and Stand Data I accidentally entered a short 11min run as 11Hrs in Strava and it synced to Activities on iPhone and Apple Watch to give me crazy exercise and stand data. I corrected the activity in Strava and even deleted the activity from the Health App on iPhone but as you can see in the screen shits the Exercise Ring and Stand Rings are still showing the crazy figures...... any other way to delete it?

I had already deleted from there too but its not making a difference. :-(

And in the fitness app tap on Workouts/Show More,then swipe left on the workout and tap delete.
