Not sure if anyone can help, but my Mac book just keeps restarting with the apple logo and and loading bar then goes to a blank screen then shuts off and restarts. I’ve tried to command R but nothing comes up. Any other suggestions?

I can’t actually remember, and can’t tell you as I can’t turn it on. I looked up the serial no. It just says MacOS 10.13.6
