phone 10s

phone recently updated to IOS15. lost the ringing when calls rec'd. but vibrate stiil works

checked the obvious "don't disturb" is off.

my purchased ring tone still ok (tested)

HELP !!

Did you check the mute button on the side of your phone?

My iPhone X is silenced it will vibrate but no ringer can you help I can’t hear my phone ring when someone calls or message I looked in the do not disturb section and everything seems to be set on the correct mode
