How to retrieve passwords when changing iPhone?

I recently got a iPhone 13 Pro Max to which all the data and information from my old iPhone 11 Pro Max was transferred. HOWEVER, when I tried to log in to my apps, a number of the passwords didn't come through. Any tips on how to retrieve all passwords?

All the transferable passwords are in Settings, Passwords, ie iCloud Keychain.
