Why is my disk utility on my new Macbook Pro 14inch loading very slowly?
And, how should the disk (tree) look like on disk utility?

Depending on how many external drives you have connected to your Mac, Disk Utility might take some time to load.
For the file system hierarchy, please select "View" > "Show All Devices", and upload a screenshot of what you see. We can make sure everything looks right.
