Silent mode

I just got this new iPhone 11 for Christmas but everytime I turn my silent mode off it automatically turns on by itself without me touching the side button. Pls help.

i also tried to mess with the volume of the ringer and alerts. It hasn’t popped up since but I’m pretty sure it will pop up again later in the day. But again pls help.

silent mode is automatically switching on and off (iphone 8+) when i switch my silent mode too “on” the silent mode button will stay in the “on”position but my phone recognises it as “off”, so which means my phone is not staying on silent when it is suppose to be and when my phone is not comprehending it vibrates as it switches from on and off, this occurrence happens when i turn silent mode on but doesn’t always happen, this lasts for a few minutes, these vibrations are not sound related but motion related.
