Reminders App Big Sur

I have lost the "Clear" item that appears when you click ALL in Reminders on a Big Sur Mac:

I have safe booted the mac and safe booted Reminders with no success. I have also unchecked and rechecked Reminders in iCloud-- no luck . I also added and deleted a reminder to see if that would do anything...no luck. Any ideas how to get it back ?
