Unable to update apps - can't remember Apple ID

How do I get the old apple id to stop showing up and i can use my apple id that my iphone 12 is sign into?

Everytime i try to update my apps it ask for a Apple ID that i no longer use or remember. My Iphone 12 is already sign into my apple Id?
