why haven’t i been getting my 50gb of storage that i payed for? it’s been 1 week already since i have been charged and still have not gotten my 50gb

Verify that you have your space at iCloud.com/settings or at Settings > Apple ID > iCloud on your device.


iCloud storage is different from device storage (on your phone). Device storage is fixed and will always be the same as when you bought the phone.
