My watch won’t update because of full Storage. How can I add storage?

How can I increase storage? It’s now full and I can’t do anything on the watch anymore

Watch saying there isn't enough storage to update Hello! My watch will not update, again. It is saying there is not enough storage for the update. It did this a little while ago and I completely reset it and I was able to reset it but now it is happening again. I am not sure what to do as I barley have any type of data on the watch as it is.
