If I bought an I phone 12 pro max from the streets and The phone doesn’t work but still has warranty can I replace?

You just say "from the streets", not "through a friend", or "from a relative". If you can, get your money back. If you cannot, well ...

No I bought from one of those Arabic phone stores.But I lost my receipt so no refund
