Troubleshooting Face ID:
I. Disable/Enable FaceTime in "Allowed Apps":
- Go to: Settings
- Tap: Screen Time
- Tap: Content & Privacy Restrictions
- Tap: Allowed Apps
- Tap: FaceTime so that it is greyed-out
- Tap: FaceTime so that it is green in-color

- If Face ID isn't Working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support
- If you can’t Turn on or Sign in to iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support
- If you can't Make a FaceTime Call on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
