Supposing person A deleted an iMessage 💬 conversation they had with an individual B; will individual B find out that the conversation was deleted ? And is there a way to restore a deleted conversation ?

If you have deleted messages on iMessage would the other person receive a receipt saying deleted message? No. iMessages only delete off of your phone, so you're not able to see them anymore. Other parties would still be able to view the deleted message, because the message would not be deleted on their phone.

Deleted iMessages will only be deleted on your devices. Deleted iMessages will not be deleted for all people participating in the chat.
