Not really. It’s theoretically made to a water resistance standard at the factory and when repaired by Apple, but not guaranteed. And even then if it managed to keep out liquids once, the exposure may degrade the seals and won’t necessarily keep out liquids a second time.
No, it is somewhat water resistant. Don't try to film underwater with it.
