We had an employee, who was issued an Iphone7 and when he left, he didn't wipe up the phone. Now it is locked and have his apple ID on it too, is there anything that can be done? He didn't even return the box.

IF you can contact said employee to get the information, or if you have a receipt and proof of ownership take it to the Apple store and see what they can do.


Then create a policy making sure all company devices has been wiped prior to employee leaving the company.
