Why does my Apple TV not show up on my phone to screen mirror

airplay do not work across the internet so both needs to be on the same lan network

some routers keep 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz and wired ethernet as separate networks and for devices connect to separate ones the router needs to be set to bridge them
