You need a USB-C port on a personal computer, or a USB-C charger.

You can use the USB-C charger from a recent MacBook Pro, iPhone or iPad

You can use the charing puck and power brick from an older Apple Watch.

You can purchase a USB-C charger form any vendor (USB-C is a standard) at stores such as Best Buy, Staples, Amazon, Apple, etc... If you get a 20watt or higher charger the Series 7 Apple Watch will enable Fast Charging.
