If you mean for your phone, you can’t buy more storage for it. An iPhone comes with a fixed amount of storage, and will never have more than it did when you bought it. You can buy more iCloud storage, but that is for syncing and backing up, it doesn’t add any storage to your phone→What's the difference between device storage and iCloud storage? - Apple Support
