Wondering if I could get App Library like IPad gen9?

The iPad App Library was introduced with release of iPadOS15 - and is not available on earlier versions of iOS/iPadOS for iPad.

The App Library is a built-in feature of the iPad using iPadOS 14/15. If you have an iPad that uses either iPadOS 14/15, then you can get to the App Library by continuing to SWIPE LEFT until you reach it and it is after the last Home Screen on your iPad.

Thanks for pointing this out. I stand corrected. The App Library was introduced with iPadOS 15 and not with iPadOS 14. I believe I mixed up the iOS versions for the iPhone vs iPad. Thanks again.
