MacOS 12.1 Suspect Popup Window "Confirm Execution"

I recently updated to macOS Monterey 12.1 and am now getting this suspect popup. Clicking 'No' only closes it out for a moment until it pops back up. Not wanting to click 'Yes' but am finding no helpful information on this online. This is a Macbook Pro 15" 2019 used for work so I am very cautious. Screen grab of popup provided below.

Techtool Protection Alert This pop-up keeps coming up randomly throughout the day, usu after my laptop goes to sleep and I wake it up. Recently I had some work done on my laptop (an IT professional added/changed my storage as I was running low) and I wonder if it is because of that because I have never seen this pop up before now, and I have owned my laptop for years. How to remove warning notifications for various fake problems on MacBook Pro? I've got a pop up sliding up from the top right side of screen, displaying the system prefs icon, warning for various fake problems. Message in correct French, no typos. This happens every 5-10 mins or so. They slide off screen after a few seconds , just the time to make a screen shot. -- How do I eradicate this? -- (macOS Big Sur 11.7.10) [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Very annoying McAfee notices I recently started receiving notices from McAfee telling me to activate it. The notice pops up in the upper right corner of the screen, appears for a few seconds and then disappears, but pops up repeatedly every minute or so. Extremely annoying. It wants me to purchase the product which I have no intention of doing so. How can I make this disappear? I am running Sonoma 14.1 on a MacBook Air. Thank you for any help.

I think I have solved what this is. I did a logo image search and found it is a BeyondTrust, which is a new program used by my organization. Google image search saved the day, thank you for what time you may have put into this @BobtheFisherman.
