Good afternoon. Some of my music won’t play. Like all my music is downloaded I can click on a song it’ll play like 15sec and stop playing.

Sometimes none of my music will play past 15 seconds, its crazy that people spend so much every year for this service only for it to be unusable. If I'm removing and re-downloading all of my music it is to switch platforms
