Battery draining Issue with iPhone 12

It's been 10 months since I've bought my Apple iPhone 12 and the battery is draining faster for the past two months. The battery healthy has declined to 87% and performing really not well.

100% battery doesn't even work for 7-8 hours. What can be done? Please suggest.
