Terrible streaming experience Apple TV App

I currently cannot watch a single programme without at least 20 interruptions. I have Netflix, prime, Disney Plus, Discovery Plus, they all stream fine when my tv is connected via WiFi, since using Apple TV app I have connected my TV via Ethernet and still it will need to buffer. I have even tried changing the quality to SD but this makes no difference. I can only assume this is a software issue. It’s taken Apple a long time to add the ability for older tv’s to have the application and it’s very disappointing that newer providers can build an app and release in a shorter time. Come on Apple this is not good enough.

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities with this issue using Apple TV. If you haven’t already, try removing the Apple TV+ app from your television, restart, and then reinstall the app and see if this has any impact on the issue.
