No sound on MacBook Air

My sound on my MacBook Air does not work. I have tried the sound preferences fix. It did not work. Any other tips?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

Hi,

If your MacBook Air has Intel Processor, resetting NVRAM could solve sound related issues.

Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
