I have a Seagate Hard drive and noticed my Internal drive is full How can I transfer to the Seagate Here is a screenshot of my disk utility devices

The level you are looking at is the physical drive itself and it will always show that it is completely used in that all of its space has been allocated for use.
You need to look at the next level down (the container) to see how much of the space is actually being used by data, operating system, etc.
