Macbook Air OS upgrade trouble

Can Anyone help me please! My Macbook Air says there are no new updates but im still running on Yosemite10.10.5? How can I force update the latest version OS?

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and depending on which MacBook Air model you have, click on El Capitan, High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur, or Monterey. They're full-version upgrades and won't appear in the Updates list.
