Transfer of photos
I want to save all my photos but do not want them to transfer to my new phone. How do I do this?

If you are using iCloud Photos:--> Archive or make copies of the information you're storing in iCloud – Apple Support (UK)
If you're not using iCloud Photos:--> Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
When Photos are safely stored on your computer, you can delete them from your iPhone, then proceed selecting your preferred (doable) method among the ones liste here:--> Transfer data from your previous iOS or iPadOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
