Camera on 13 iPhone pro max

Camera on my new phone 13 pro max (gold) is very very very very bad. It takes photos and videos like Siemens S65. I know that I’m not only one who has the same problem. But it does not meet expectations of getting 13 iPhone. How can you fix it? Sorry for my English and can I get Russian reply?
