My Facetime ans iMessage are not workin, it says activation unsuccessful no matter what i try to fix it.

What did Apple Support tell you when you contacted them?
i cannot contact them because my country os not on the list of countries the support works. i meant i tried everything i could try. i live in Kosovo and apple support here i guess is not supported?
