I’m trying to update my iPhone to 14.7 but it’s not updating may I ask why, I have a 7+?

iOS 14.7 is no longer a valid update.

Check for and remove the beta profile, restart the iPhone and check again for the proper update.

Also: check for a downloaded iOS update file at Settings - General - iPhone Storage - iOS 14.7. Delete the file and check again.
