hi, please help me how to upgrade my MacBook to 10.15 and above. I need to use Microsoft 365 badly( which i already subscribed ). many thanks.

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and if your MacBook model is recent enough, click on Catalina, Big Sur, or Monterey. It needs to be at least a 2012 one to run a higher OS.
