This just recently started to happen - I am unable to text pictures to android phones and I also can’t reply to group messages that include android users. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Make sure MMS is enabled in message settings, and that you have a cellular data plan.
contact your phone company and have them check your account/troubleshoot.
