my iPhone x has been acting weird lately. without be pressing anything, things on my screen have been automatically touched. this has been an annoying issue and I want to know what options I have for this situation.

Your phone has a failing touch screen. Make an appointment at an Apple store to have the phone repaired. You may qualify for a no cost repair under this program: iPhone X Display Module Replacement Program for Touch Issues - Apple Support
