I would like to upgrade my OS
I'm on OS Sierra now and would like to jump to OS Catalina 10.15.1
However I do not know where to look for a full download of that OS
I checked the Apple Store but no OS comes up
Where do I look for the download and how to proceed?

Hi, Thank you for your reply.
I followed your link and it opened the App Store
However when I try downloading from the App Store it gives me the message: Could not connect to the server.
I have full and operating connection on my device so don't know if this is a restriction of some kind?
The Mac App Store has been having issues with the macOS downloads the last few days. Wait a while and try again later.
I was successful with macOS Mojave, maybe I will install that one if Catalina keeps on refusing to download
