App Store and ITunes account disabled

I want to know why my App Store and iTunes account disabled since all the subscription fees were paid on 25 of November 2021

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", or "You cannot login because your account has been locked" (it points to the same document), click here and read what to do ➞ https://support.apple.com/HT208856
