when trying to repair and restore my Apple Watch it will not use my Apple ID and password why not
it was mine than I gave it to my daughter for a while than she didn't wear it and gave it back. so Im trying to pair and restore but it won't take my Apple ID and password

If she paired it to her phone then it is activation locked and has to be removed with your daughters apple id.
