Loss of purchased music if cancel

I have purchased hinders of songs currently in my iTunes and duplicated in my iPod. If I was to cancel Apple Music subscription will I lose access to my purchased music on my Mac and iPod?

Will my past purchased songs be unaffected if I cancel Apple Music I’m currently trying out Apple Music with a free trial but I probably won’t keep it. I know that canceling means losing the songs I downloaded through the Apple Music service. (I was planning to buy the albums/songs I enjoyed later anyway) But I have 13 years worth of iTunes purchases and cd songs in my library. No. However, when you are ready to cancel your subscription, make sure have downloaded copies of your purchased songs to your computer and that you have at least one backup.
