If you’re looking for the complete iPhone backups, you’ll see a list of backups when you setup a new iPhone during the welcome screens. You’ll also see it when you factory reset (Erase all content and settings) an already setup iPhone. Going to Settings > Your name > iCloud > Backup will show you the last time the device has backed up.
iCloud.com has an option to restore contacts, calendars and bookmarks by going to Account Settings.
