Trading in iPhone
I just purchased an iPhone 13 and was given the option to trade in my iPhone 8 but when I received my new phone in the mail I did not get any envelope or instructions to return my old phone.

The trade in kit sometimes arrives a few days after the new phone. They are shipped separately from different locations and by different shipping methods.
