my apple watch can't turn on, if it's charging it only shows the blinking apple logo

If it's a Series 1 watch, which is from 2015, the battery likely is no longer viable. Batteries don't last forever. You can pay for a replacement watch, but I wouldn't spend any money to get a replacement watch which is that old. Time for a newer, more modern Apple Watch.
