Apple watch not charging.

Apple watch did charge for the first few days. Now won't charge, only the time and red charge bolt show up when I forced reset by pushing two buttons on side of the watch.

Unable to swipe up to get to ControlPanel. All I get on the watch is time and red bolt symbol. Swipe up does not work
