how to reset my daughter i phone as she is having child iCloud account under my iCloud?

she got a new phone and she already sign in with her iCloud in her new phone, she got all dat she had in her old phone and now she needs to rest and delete all the data on her old phone?

Apple ID I gave my old phone to my daughter and forgot to sign out of my apple ID so she's been using it since I gave her my old phone. If she were to sign out of my apple ID and into hers, would everything that's on her phone eg photos, apps, music etc still be on the actual phone?
