That seems to be a 2013 TV. Unfortunately, the Apple TV app isn’t natively compatible with that model.

Instead you could use an external video streaming device, such as a (current model) Apple TV box, Roku, Fire TV, Xbox, PlayStation, Nvidia Shield, ‘Chromecast with Google TV’, that supports the Apple TV app.

Are you asking if the Apple TV App will work natively on your Sony? If so then please check Apple TV app - Devices - Apple. However, I did not see your TV listed so that means you would need another device to connect to your TV. I would recommend an Apple TV 4K however there are other solutions too, you can find a current list on the same site noted above.
